This unconventional entertainment center was designed around a 60” LCD flat screen. Due to the heat the LCD creates, the manufacture requires minimal spacing on each side and above the unit. This spacing was compensated within the piece and strategically covered with framed speaker fabric, giving the screen a theater-style appearance.
Touch-activate halogen lighting was installed within each upper cubbyhole to highlight artwork and memorabilia. Also, to create a genuine rustic look, we selected knotty alder and treated it with a two-toned stain, burn through accents as well as hand distressing.
